MapleCureTM
●MapleCureTM
『Functional cosmetic material
that supports the improvement of skin condition』
MapleCureTM (called "Ginnarin B", known as a kind of maple tannin) is contained in maple plants such as sugar maple, and red maple, which are the raw materials of maple syrup.
As the maple plant extract contains coloration and astringency components, most of Ginnarin B is lost by refinement process to remove them.
We have achieved mass production of MapleCureTM with keeping its stable quality and high purity by chemicalsynthesis for the first time in the world.
MapleCureTM has an innovative effect and can be used as a new material for your skin care.
●Features of MapleCureTM
-
The expected effect is to work for ceramide synthesis and degradation, and increase original ceramide under skin by dual action of facilitation and inhibition.
Dual action of acertannins as potential regulators on intracellular ceramide levels (Tetrahedron: Asymmetry 27 (2016) 1177-1185) -
The action to increase filaggrin can be expected to increase NMF (natural moisturizing factor) under skin.
-
Promotes epidermal cell differentiation and can be expected to promote skin turnover.
Ginnalin B induce differentiation makers and modulates the proliferation / differentiation balance via the upregulation of NOTCH1 in human epidermal keratinocytes (Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry 27 (2019) 2172-2180) -
Its can be expected Anti-Aging effect by excellent antioxidant effect.
